How To Use

Grape juice or wort in measuring cylinder, hydrometer up side down into the liquid level observation liquid in the cylinder and air junction hydrometer reading (angled liquid meniscus, while reading the number should read hydrometer scale and liquid surface meniscus tangent point scale value), record reading, check the following form to get grape juice and the proportion of malt, record number, is used to calculate.
